Join us on October 3, where we will discuss the theory behind various marker gene analysis tools, sequence clustering methods, and normalization techniques. Select attendees will provide 15-minute presentations explaining which method they use during a microbiome analysis and why. Attendees will gain a better understanding of popular microbiome analysis tools, what each method does, which is best to use and when to use it.
