About The Event
To understand 16S rRNA sequencing data, a plethora of bioinformatic tools are available. However, how do you know which method to use and when?
This workshop will cover the theory of microbiome analysis using 16S rRNA sequencing data. Join us on October 3, where we will discuss the theory behind various marker gene analysis tools, sequence clustering methods, and normalization techniques. Select attendees will provide 15-minute presentations explaining which method they use during a microbiome analysis and why. Attendees will gain a better understanding of popular microbiome analysis tools, what each method does, which is best to use and when to use it.
